I phoned the number back& it was answered by a female with a Liverpudlian accent, who repeatedly mumbled the company name,but I eventually got it out of her. She said Our records show that you may have been involved an a minor accident in the last 2.5 years and may have suffered an injury. I told her that I had not. Apparently it s vanquis collections, I wouldn t mind if I had missed a payment of excess amounts but I missed £3.64! Not enough to warrant constant calls from this and other numbers that they use.
