I always receive most unknown telephone calls altogether over a 24 hour period and then get nothing for 1-2 weeks. Today at 10.30 am I received a call from a man who with-held his number requesting to speak to me by name and I replied to him not known .He was very rude and did not introduce himself when I asked who is speaking. Missed a call from this number, rung it back and it says not currently connected or is invalid. No one I know in England would be ringing me at this time of the day.

Caller s English not brilliant. I had trouble understanding her (and vice versa). Wanted to send out a ?50 Tesco or Waitrose voucher to me once she confirmed my name and address. Told her I don t give details over the phone to people I don t know. She rang off.

They had my name but stopped speaking mid-sentence before they said where they were from and then hung up. I heard call centre noise after they stopped speaking.

CALLS MADE WITH NO IMMEDIATE ANSWER. THEY CONFIRM YOUR NAME AND ADDRESS WHICH IS UNNERVING. VERY NASTY PEOPLE. DON T GET INTO A CONVERSATION WITH THEM AT ALL AS THEY CAN BE THREATHENING WHEN YOU SHOW THEM YOUR NOT A FOOL.

I was getting calls from this number daily. I blocked it and then started getting calls from 0121 389 0867. This is blocked and suspect it ll switch to another very similar number. Just keep blocking.
