I used to work for Stellar (temporary after redundancy). It was an awful job that paid minimum wage with no bonus. One thing I can say about them is they are genuine partners of BT which you can see at bt.com/partners. The agents that call you have all received training of a higher standard than BT agents as they wish to protect their contracts and we actually did genuinely want our customers to get a better deal. SCAM - Unsolicited phone call from a number I didn't recognise. Answered but didn't speak and heard only silence. After five seconds the call hung up so no doubt an automated system that waits to hear someone's voice. Without a doubt a scam.

An automated call to my landline that eventually stated it was calling from Amazon about Amazon Prime and about to cancel account and to press "1" to talk about it. As I had to say "hello" several times before the machine sprung into action I was suspicious and hung up. The number has no international prefix or area code and Amazon do not have my landline number.

Another one of those Car Accident Claim Crap! I love the way they ask their questions in a leading manner. I.E. "You were involved in a car accident, is that rright". Seriously!!!! She asked how I d like to recieve my money and I asked for a cheque which I knew would be legit if she did but she asked me to ring the number and talk to her boss but it had to be immediate.
