My phone locked and I rang the number that come up and they explained what happened and said it was annetwork fault and that I had to pay £400 so I hung up. Few minutes later it still wasn't working so I hard reset my phone and now it's working.

Found out the call was from 8 Mansfield rd, Bournmouth, and is listed as market research company. Google shows this is large detached house. Like to know who lives there and if they are aware of this scam

have just received a call from this number to our landline. Today, the american accented voice was identified as 'Shirley' professing to be from our internet provider and saying that our computer had been 'compromised' from various countries and they needed to access our router to 'sort the problem'. At that point I ended the call and added the number to our list of blocked callers.

Sent a text message first, saying they were from BT and would give me a call. The caller had a strong indian accent, and informed that my internet had been compromised, possibly by overseas third parties. asked me to go through various tests ie logging onto my tesco account, and checking my bank statements. When i refused to do so, the caller got a little shirty, asking what was the basis for this? Then threatened to disconnect my line. when I told her she couldn't do that, as my bills were paid regularly

This number has called me twice a month for at least a year. In my job, I can't take calls during the day so always ignore it. Today they called quite late so I answered. Man asked me if I knew about PBA accounts and who did I bank with. I put the phone down and blocked.

HMRC Automated Call SCAM Called and said they would put my Personal Insurance Number on hold if I did not press 1, had many of these and they are all scams as I have not faced any consequences after hanging up.
This number rang my elderly mum earlier saying they were sending a courier to her address witb a PPI cheque but that she needed to buy an itunes card to receive this cheque. I rang the number back & was given lots of abuse when told them i'd purchased the card but refused to give them the 16 diget code ..... POLICE INFORMED.
