As for the question providing you managers name should be a problem, unless you are a scammer and it takes you 5-6 seconds to invent a name, secondly vodafone has 2 systems that are being used in the company and it s a very simple to answer this question for a vodafone person. It's a clever automated system, that listens for you to say something in response to it's questions , but it is unable to react properly to your random questions.
