Apparently, my Internet connection is unsecure and they are calling to tell me they will disconnect in 4hrs. When challenged - the lady caller wanted me to push combination of keys on keyboard but by this time I was so frustrated that she hung up because I must have sounded rude. She wanted to show me why/how my connection was insecure. -Didn't give her the chance - being described the CTRL / ALT / DELETE buttons as though I'm a child is not acceptable. Utility provider that supposedly specialises in smart meters.... missed numerous calls from them for around two weeks. Answered today offering information on switching, when I declined and asked for my number to be removed from their database they decided to argue with me about why I did not want to switch. Rude and Strange. I don’t think it is even a legitimate company. Be wary!

Automated voice claiming that my National Insurance number and bank account have been suspended. It said that I had been involved in criminal activity and that I was compelled by the department to press 1. I didn't press 1. after 5 seconds, the call was cut off.
