I received call from this morning while I am at work, so I politely declined it. And I asked whether this is one of those commercial calls because I would like to be taken off the list forever, and the guy on the phone lied and said is to do with my life insurance, etc. (which is rather funny cause I am not currently paying any). This number rang me today exactly a week after this one 07428478737 as I have no idea who the first one is I have now blocked them both. It is very odd that they ring from the same network which is Three a week apart on the same day using the same beginning numbers. If you ring it back it claims not to be taking calls suggesting some sort of scam. I have reported them as nuisance callers.

I have BT guardian which asks callers to announce who they are before I answer. Most sales calls hang up at that point, this one didn't. Lovely lady explained that I could have a half hour appointment to check energy efficiency of my home and advise of any improvements. I made the appointment. Very polite young man called Adam arrived, checked the loft and roof, looked around, discussed my energy payment per month. The information given was useful, nothing to sign, no sales pitch. I would have no worries.

SCAM it is a man who comes from a date app and start texting and says he loves you and want to marry you then he suddenly has a new contract job in Asia (Malaysia) but he requests your address because he will send some gifts and when he come back from his "mission job" he will buy tickets to visit wherever you are. Then you text and the number has been blocked and he mysteriously vanishes from the earth. Be careful.
