Like other reviews I received text message at 4.28am (very strange), supposedly from Apple stating: "We've noticed a transaction that seems unusual , therefore we've had to place a hold on your wallet features. Kindly visit EnableYourIDUser.com to see more information on how to continue using your apple wallet." SCAM Said from Vodafone upgrade team and could offer me a great deal on a upgrade. Asked them to email me the details so I could check it over. Email looked dodgy, address wasn't a Vodafone one. Forwarded onto Vodafone and they said not a genuine email from them. Called me back again and got angry when I challenged them on what Vodafone said. Told me I'd get another email to prove they were genuine within 30mins, still waiting a few hours later. Four calls today alone, all from different numbers!

SCAM used to work for this company we were essentially paid to call elderly customers and lie to them that we were Dyson and miele and they had to pay for mandatory vacuum servicing etc, they would push us to sell to those with dementia because they could charge more and service more frequently awful company.

Called with message about unauthorized payment from my debit card, if it wasn't you press 1. I did out of interest. Spoke with a man with Indian accent. He knew my name and surname which is highly unnerving. He said a payment of £900 and something pounds had been taken from my debit card. I replied "oh no, it wasn't me, can you help me?". He said yes, he needed some information. I asked which bank debit card? He said Amazon then hung up. Seriously!

Number appears on a fake PayPal 'You've got a money request'. It is part of a warning that there has been suspicious activity on your (PayPal) account and to call this number - +44-808-196-3116. This is a fake warning added by the scammers, it is NOT a legitimate message from PayPal. If you call the number the Operator will ask to have access to your PC. This is likely where the scam will take place; either malware, key logger or worse.

Asian woman called saying she was from Virgin media. Told her I was busy and the line went dead. Have rung virgin Media and it isn't them.

This person scammed me - had a one off lesson, said they'd pay but then proceeded to ignore my texts and ghost me. Not only did they not pay for the lesson, they also didn't return the books if lent them. Don't not trust them

SCAM - I received a call from this number. On answering, was an automated message saying that two transactions including one from Amazon had been attempted on my card. One for £300 and one for over a thousand pounds. Checking my bank shows no such attempts. This is a brazen attempt at Fraud.

I had a call on 1/30/2023 from 44+ 0141 628 5948 and the phone number I was a scam they was trying to see what company I was with on my sim card and they was trying to get my bank details because they said my iPhone been hacked and I need a new one and they wanted my bank details.

This is a new, and weird, one for me. Called my landline but disconnected when I picked up (now they know this is a live number,,,damn!!). No message left so I'll never know if I have been left millions of pounds from an unknown benefactor who needs me to handle his money, for a small fee, to help them evade paying local taxes or being claimed by a fictional Government department.
