Two calls now, both on behalf of the Blue Cross animal centre. Usual long winded guff about what a great person I was for previous support. If it weren t so nauseating they might do better. Claimed to be local (Cambridge), so not very honest generally.
Scam caller claiming to be from HMRC advising I had been overpaid Tax and there was a warrant out for me to attend court!

Hi, I m Frank from WTC, how are you today? At which point I said, "Good morning, what are you selling?". Nothing but you have a problem with your windows pc. "really?". Yes, then launched into irrelevant techno babble at which point I said that he was talking horse sh1t, said good bye and hung up. Looking through the comments this number has been running for months, has been reported to BT and the police but they re still operating??? Silent cal initialy, followed by netallic png, then pre-recorded f/male voice says "Goodbye" Ring-back gives invalid number message.
Said they were from BT and were going to cancel Broadband, installed anywhere desktop access software and installed Trojan Gen 5 to gain access to a bank account. Thankfully the bank saw it as a large amount and blocked the transaction

Third time I asked for a postcode of this company she was calling from she instead gave me the “tradingcentre.org” website. Said her name was Isabelle Gray. SCAM. Insurance claim related scam. Claiming to be on behalf of Aviva. Rang from a similar number that I had blocked previously. Rang on Christmas Day on a special number that I have that noone knows about outside a small circle of family members (hence my answering thinking it was a Scottish family member - Glasgow number), so they must be getting number to call from EE direct as they asked for me by name. Worrying.
