Call to my landline, with heavy Asian accent, for Mr.Whale No-one of that name here. This call was preceded by three others at 15 min intervals, with no-one speaking when I answered - all of which had no caller number given when I dialled 1471 & I suspect are from the same party

I Received a call from this number twice today and when i was able to answer they introduced themselves as Consumer helpline, the lady on the call advised that i had overpaid for finance in 2011 and she wished to help me get this refunded however i have never taken anything out on finance. I asked to submit a subject access request under the Data Protection Act where she then passed me to her manager. Does not use TPS Telephone Preference Service date when making cold calls. This is annoying as you have to tell them you don t accept unsolicited sales calls.
