I did buy an engine back in 2013 from enginestoyou who did deliver an engine but it was the wrong one. After i informed them they came and collected it but failed to refund me or send me a replacement engine. I chased them through email and phone but they would simply ignore everything. No voicemail left - when I returned the call it just said I was called today by Specialist Cars - part of the John Clark group and that no member of the team was available to take my call.

Calling constantly to try and sell tyres and cover to management and will get very shirty if you do nto put them through.
