Vanquis Bank are sneaky and use lots of different telephone numbers to trick you into answering. For your convenience, I have listed many of the telephone numbers that they use below. The people on the other end of this phone have confirmed by letter they are delivering me a phone on 23rd August 2012 and that my current phone will be switched off on 26th. these people rang me 4 times and on 4th, I told them not to call again and remove my number but they hung up . 45 minutes later they rang a 5th time, so I used language they may more understand. Do not answer !!!!!

this number has called me twice today in quick succession I did not answere or call back as I believe it's a scam number!

I used to work for Stellar (temporary after redundancy). It was an awful job that paid minimum wage with no bonus. One thing I can say about them is they are genuine partners of BT which you can see at bt.com/partners. The agents that call you have all received training of a higher standard than BT agents as they wish to protect their contracts and we actually did genuinely want our customers to get a better deal.
