Person called Jack Wells called my elderly parents and tried to sell them a plug in box to stop unwanted phone calls. He had the correct details for them and their address! He asked for all bank details, sort code, acc. number and a password. Luckily they are not that stupid!!

When answered at 9.30am on 06/11/21 it was a recorded message which sounded suspect. I immediately ended call (9 seconds)suspecting a scam.

These people call me at least 6 times a day. (They have been doing so for about 3 weeks). They are looking for someone I ve never heard of and I ve had this phone number for 14 years. I have called back repeatedly and told them and they have "promised" to take me of their "DIALLER" but they continue to call. No messages are left when I let the answer phone pick up the calls. I am at my wits end!

Vanquis Bank are sneaky and use lots of different telephone numbers to trick you into answering. For your convenience, I have listed many of the telephone numbers that they use below. If you answer calls from these numbers you may be charged for Debt Management so buy a BT8500 and stop all of these calls easily. I have told them I am in dispute with the company which has employed them but they keep calling and saying they want to talk to me. I wrote to them and told them that I do not accept calls as everything must be in writing. They do not stop despite the industry rules.

Rang Petplan to remove my number from their database - they couldn t understand why I was so annoyed receiving spam calls - surely it was to my advantage?? Will not be using Petplan ever.
