Caller identified herself as TalkTalk. Poor line and Indian accent sounded as overseas. Asked for personal details, when I queried this she hung up.
The guy knew my name and address, said there was £2000 being given to every homeowner in my area for upgrades to their houses, said includes UPVC windows, doors and conservatories.

SCAM. A guy calling me by my first name, started a conversation about Trading. And I asked him if he's ever Wolf of Wallstreet. And he said NEVER MIND, GOOD DAY and hung up. Probs looking for suckers to buy something and then make a commission from the loss.
Don't know. Didn't answer as I'm not expecting a call from Luton. Legitimate callers will leave a message on voicemail. Needless to say, this one didn't!
