I answered the phone, silence, then a recorded message said they were RMG and they could not connect me to one of their advisers at the moment, If I wish to call them back then they would connect me to an adviser. Obviously a "sales call" trying to get me to part with my money. Conclusion: Illegal activity.

Claiming my life Insurance has run out. Several calls have been received about this subject from different areas of the Country including Wales and Coventry.

Got an 'NHS' text from this number (why? I live 200 miles from Oswestry!) about my 'referral'. The text didn't mention my name or surgery so alarm bells rang. Obvious scam asking me to call back to 'discuss' my referral.

I believe I have received what I believe to be a scam call from this number stating payments have been taken form my bank for Amazon and Western Union press 1 for customer support. Any 'odd' payments would not be reported by my bank in this way

SCAM ...said he was from O2 wanting me to upgrade phone and contract. Put me on to female supervisor when I said no! Said she would text me a code to prove who she was... I just watched the scam baiters on YouTube and this is just what the scammers do. Do not fall for it. Contact the company yourself if you want to upgrade!

SPAM - Sent SMS offering cash per day for work-from-home jobs.

SCAM - offered 40% discount on my next bill, when I asked who they were they said it was for my phone bill. I asked if it was Vodafone and she said yes, then asked how much I was paying for my phone bill and what kind of device I had - all information she should have been able to gather from my account. She offered my an iPhone 14 for £25 a month, I asked her to call me back the following day. Scam call pretending to be BT Openreach

Automated "suspicious activity" message, mentioned £1000 foreign transfer. I let them talk to my answering machine and ignored. Interestingly, had another call 10 mins later, this time from 01732 896820 - they hung up immediately my machine kicked in. Probably the same scammer using different numbers??
