I dialed this number with and without area code but "the number you have dialed has not been recognised" What is BT playing at allowing unregistered numbers to call. I hold them responsible. My call intercepter did not put this call through. There has to be a person on the end of the line not just an autodialling system as they have to give a name before it is transferred to me to accept or decline. Sorry I am unable to shed any light as to who this firm is, but I guess it is cold call selling (despite being registered with TPS) or could be a scam, either way I do not want to have anything to do with them.

01612880212: Claimed to be from Benefits UK, wanting private information, even after I told them I was not the named person they were calling about. I told them they had the wrong number, the caller replied, they had the right number but the wrong person, and continued to insist that I answer the questions. The voice sounded familiar from past nuisance calls apparently being from Dave a guy with an Asian accent.
Couldn't hear them well as it was too shouty and loud. Probably a call centre.

Annoying. Have been phoning me for well over a year asking for Mrs Harvey. Have blocked number multiple times but obv have several different ones with corresponding numbers. Usually ask for number to be removed which usually follows being hung up on, today I was very verbal, surprisingly man stayed on line and apologised and said number would be removed. We will see! I did state it was harassment and I would call police next time.

Caller asked me if I remember the car accident I’d had? Well, unless I’m concussed and / or lost my memory as a result of it … then no, I can’t remember it due to not actually having an accident. An Asian (oriental) sounding voice speaking barely understandable pigeon English. Readers can make up their own mind if the call was a Scam but in my mind the caller is already burning in hell in the eternal fire. Love and peace
