Apparently, my Internet connection is unsecure and they are calling to tell me they will disconnect in 4hrs. When challenged - the lady caller wanted me to push combination of keys on keyboard but by this time I was so frustrated that she hung up because I must have sounded rude. She wanted to show me why/how my connection was insecure. -Didn't give her the chance - being described the CTRL / ALT / DELETE buttons as though I'm a child is not acceptable. This company ring monthly. The woman today was very aggressive saying she was doing me a favour and wanted a reason why I was refusing such a good deal. Asked to speak to manager, she came with a higher voice, I wasn?t fooled. Asked again for manager and who promptly cut me off. Rang back the number it was Hotweeks. Got through to manager who said he would remove my details from their system. They have said that before . If they ring again it?s off to Ofcom.
