I had this number, and all i do is turn my landline on silent and only use it as a one way call, and if someone gives you a rough time of calling you, you will see the light go on when they are calling or use the landline as a one way, calling out and your mobile to take calls, you can get phones that block numbers, and only let the ones you want through. Harassment caller do not answer

Phone rang, no answer the other end apart from a beep, then the caller hung up. Sounds automated. This number going on the blocked list.
