Called just before 11AM on Wednesday. Absolutely standard automated-female "Amazon" scam, telling me that my Prime charge of seventy-something Pounds is being renewed...

Since discovered they are called Trust money so decided to give them a taste of their own medicine and I call 0141 305 3045 and press one and then go silent when they take my call, Churlish I know but I get about 5 of these type calls a day !!!! Very rude and vague. The caller claims that is from PTI, but he doesn t want to go into more details abut the reason of calling. He insists on being put through the Managing Director. If you ask more questions regarding the company he is calling from he hangs up.
Another cold call scam. Preying on the vulnerable. If it is so important to talk to me, why not leave a message asking me to call back, instead of hanging up and phoning back later? Like normal people do. Because they want to catch me unawares, on the hop as it were, to get their greasy foot in the door while I m flustered. Maybe try and steal some data from me while they are at it. Why is this practice not illegal already?

Fraud tried scamming my elderly mother
SCAM. Insurance claim related scam. Claiming to be on behalf of Aviva. Rang from a similar number that I had blocked previously. Rang on Christmas Day on a special number that I have that noone knows about outside a small circle of family members (hence my answering thinking it was a Scottish family member - Glasgow number), so they must be getting number to call from EE direct as they asked for me by name. Worrying.
Girl identified herself as Lauren from Sky , then asked about the recent car crash I had, I said not had a car crash she said yes you have the recent one , I said no I dont drive then she said oh well what about the fall you had at work recently , I hung up
