I refused further information on the grounds that BT already have my address and was given some unbelievable story about my mobile number having come up in some other context. Automated voice stating they where calling from HMRC and that there was a fraudulent case against me and if I did not press 1 immediately then a warrant would be issued and I would be arrested. Firstly HMRC will never call you and secondly I am still waiting for the police to show up at my door and arrest me for nothing. Utter nonsense. Don't be fooled by these calls people.
