Called this morning. When I eventually answered line went dead
This number called me today saying they were from Amazon when I thought it was a scam call I hung up and blocked it, it then rang twice more from different numbers which I also blocked, it hasn't called since so I now know it was a scam call so beware.

SCAM/SPAM. I was called on the 26/08/20 by this number. The caller said they were from SKY (my TV, telephone and broadband provider). He informed me that he was ringing to test my modem and improve its performance. He asked me to type a few commands which included the word “SKY”. He then asked me to permit remote access. Telemarketing - Glow Green Ltd. They sell boilers at 0% finance. The catch? The prices they charge for the boilers are inflated so they don't need to apply any finance charges. Fraud Bogus claim to be from Openreach, offering to cut BT line rental. In reality nothing to do with Openreach, just trying to get bank details for fraudulent purposes. Avoid any discussion with anyone from this number, put the phone down and block the number.
