Steve Star from some company offering legal advice and help. Asked if I d had an accident in the last 2.5 years or if someone in the family had. I asked him for the source of the information on me. He asked me what I meant? I said that if he was saying I had an accident , he must have some information on me and in that case, I had a right to know the source. He said " we help people , that s what we do" then he hung up - very helpful!!

Yes, it s another call insisting I ve had a non-fault accident within the last three years. Telling her she couldn t be more wrong obviously wasn t clear, as she pretty much insisted once more that I d had an accident in the last three years. Staying polite with these clowns is getting more difficult with each successive call. I had to hang up on her as she was being particularly thick.

I did buy an engine back in 2013 from enginestoyou who did deliver an engine but it was the wrong one. After i informed them they came and collected it but failed to refund me or send me a replacement engine. I chased them through email and phone but they would simply ignore everything. I ve just been called by this number, when I picked up the call, there was no sound, no answer, so I ended the call, then got a withheld number calling literally a minute later, which went to voicemail (the message was unintelligable). Then a minute later I got an SMS to my mobile from 08447362490 asking them to call back on that number. Searching that number indicates it s from Link Financial Outsourcing, a debt collection company.
