I didn't recognise the number so let it go to answer machine. they didn't leave a message, so I called them back and the number was answered and was silent? I presume it was a machine/automated call but not sure.

The caller said she was from O2 and We were due for a free gift of Wireless Headphones as a security what was my place of birth. I found out that the fraudsters had chaned my password by going on the O2 website and requesting a 6 digit number and asking me to give it to them.. I don't thimk I have suffered losses . I obviously reset my password. The caller was an Indian female, this is not unusual as, Indian Call Centres are experts in fraud I have been involved in investigating Indian call centre.

Very aggressive and rude. They will say that they are calling regarding "Your car accident" for which they have no details. They will call everyone including people who never had a car. When I asked them to spell their company name, they but when I also asked to give me their company registration number, they told me to "F... off" and put the phone down.
