Claimed to be from HMRC about my National Insurance number and to say that my number has been involved in fraudulent activity and that they we're suspending my NI number and to press 1 to speak with an officer. I will report this to HMRC and the police action fraud website. Call to my landline, with heavy Asian accent, for Mr.Whale No-one of that name here. This call was preceded by three others at 15 min intervals, with no-one speaking when I answered - all of which had no caller number given when I dialled 1471 & I suspect are from the same party

Unintelligible message left by this number. Sounded like a foreign voice.
Same spam email sent pretending that they called you, asking you to return call. The owner of the domain is "Bee Internet Ltd" however I wouldn t be surprised if it s just a dodgy registrar that used their details to register a customers domain. This will come back to bite them as they end up responsible for this spam.

Automat Had a call from this number today. It was automated, and stated that a warrant has been issued for my arrest for tax evation. Had to laugh, as I don't pay tax as I am retired. For anyone who believes these calls, it can be very worrying.

SCAM / SPAM HMRC is aware of an automated phone call scam which will tell you HMRC is filing a lawsuit against you, and to press one to speak to a caseworker to make a payment. We can confirm this is a scam and you should end the call immediately.
