This is Appliances Online trying to sell extended warranties as the purchase year warranty nears expiry. Unfortunately for them, Yes, I do remember buying my washing machine nearly a year ago. It s just gone wrong. Your bloody redirect lines go through to the wrong manufacturer and it took an hour to arrange for a service engineer to come out over a week later.
