After you give them access to it, they use it to do various illegal activities including stealing your identity, credit card numbers anything they can salvage and after that it becomes part of a network of pcs used to hack and generally cause havoc. dangerous - relentless contact of a person who has learning difficulties - creating fear and stress in the person with learning difficulties even when informed by responsible adult to stop making these calls. Blocked but then uses another number to make contact again.
Older person came out of hospital today to find call from this number purporting to be from "Lisa at HMRC" and saying that there is a serious lawsuit against the person and he must ring the number :( :( Person is registered with TPS.
