When I tried to stop her talking and explain that I am not entitled to PPI refund, having never had PPI, she continued to reel off her blurb. When she finally heard me, she stated that I did not need PPI to get the refund??? I asked for my name and number to be removed from the database. She continued the blurb. I repeated myself until she finally told me to F*** Off!!!

I’ve experienced a very odd phone call this afternoon. Automated phone call as soon as I said “hello” the automated phone call started. “Your name has been used in a fraud claim, from the HMRC. Press 1 to speak to someone..” - I put the phone down. My phone didn’t let me ring or receive phone calls for around 3-4minutes after. The mobile phone number used 07719 494435

Calls then when you pick up and say hello - they hang up. You can call the number back but it s either engaged or a dead tone??? Very strange!!
Said they were from BT and wanted to improve my router to increase my internet speed. Tried to get me to log on to anydesk.com, which is a remote access portal. I actually asked them if doing so would give them access to my computer and they said no. Beware!
