Unwanted calls from this number but no idea who/what/why??

Called me tonight and said they were called Live Energy. Said I was not interested and cheeky individual asked how could that be when he hadn't told me what it was about. ...

Had this number 2x now can't find out who it is . Gonna block anyway

just received a call from 08000232588 caller identified himself as an agent for SKY, knew my current account type and monthly bill, also expiry date for my package tried to offer me a better deal to continue for another twelve mnths when my current package expires, I asked him to call back at amore convenient time. They said they are from vodafone, I have asked them few questions to confirm if they really have access to my account and it s not legit, it s a scam people.

When answered at 9.30am on 06/11/21 it was a recorded message which sounded suspect. I immediately ended call (9 seconds)suspecting a scam.

Missed call off them today 19:12 pm 08/02/2016 to my mobile. No idea who it is and cant find anything online about them. I just rejected it.

Said she was the doctors surgery, i said you have the wrong number as she was calling a business and she said no im not and said can i speak to the business owner. SCAM.

I ve received 3 calls from these idiots - two I failed to answer but after reading posts on sites like this decided, for my own amusement, to answer on the third call. The chap on the other end rambled on about insurance and said he was from a company called Red Star. When I asked who Red Star were he got quite abrupt/aggressive.
