AO.com are one of not the cheapest supplier of domestic electrical goods. there is a reason for that. Two weeks after delivery I am still getting calls (even though I told them no) to try and sell you an extended warranty policy.... sent messages back basically tell them to get lost and stop calling... and yet the continue to call.

Persistent offender of harassment calls. Uncle Buck Finance LLC. They disguise their caller id using literally dozens of different numbers, all of which transfer to collections. It means you cannot easily use a call blocker to filter out these calls. But keep adding their numbers to your blocker, does help. When challenged to identify themselves, they state they are calling from UB. Ask for the full company name and corporation number, ICO number and FCA registration number for identification purposes.

Called few days ago. Indian accent claiming calling from Citizen advise bureau. Used my old name. Anyway I never had dealings with CAB. Told him he has wrong person. Idiot told me off "Why are you answering the phone if you are not person in question?". How the FU*K do I know who and why is calling without answering???? He hung up on me. Called again totay morning. It is Saturday. Blocked idiots now.

I ve worked there, Sabrina is fit as faf btw. It s openreach who manage the lines perhaps if you took 20 seconds of your time to google that rather than vent your frustration online you d know that. Got to confirm you ve got a mobile for the call (£5 a month a discount.) You kept her on the line? you realize you re allowed to hang up. she s not. Scam?
