A very similar number , 7342 225631, texted me pretending to be one of my children, saying that they had broken their phone and had to borrow a friend's. Asked me to WhatsApp them on this number.

This phone number has been an issue with my house phone. This number has appeared on my VM bill for the moths of Oct, Nov,Dec,Jan ,Feb and March before I realised I had not made the call. It appears every 12 hours as a call that lasts less than 1 minute and each call is charged at 39 pence . Does not sound a lot until you add it up over the period of time which then accounts for over £60.00.

07979532983 called 10May23 at t1:21hrs left msg on ansa machine same recorded message as was received ON 05/05/2023: 020704859199 called 5 May 23 at 14:40hrs, recorded message.... along the lines... "Two debits to your ???? account, one £300 from Amazon, the other from an overseas authority... both look suspicious, press 1 to approve payment, or 2 to talk to us". Asian voice called me claiming to be from EE, offering 40% off charges. I could see it was an Inverness number so said I didn't believe he was from EE, at which point he said I could fcuk myself! Number now blocked.

Fraud this number keeps texting me saying it is my "eldest" and they have lost their phone and need me to pay for this new phone. However, when I ask them their name, they just say "eldest". I dont actually have children, so this must be a fraud act.

Appears to be a phishing call. I answered and an automated voice just said "goodbye" and the call ended. This typically is an attempt to have you call the number back for any number of reasons, typically non of which are good.

Internet They told me they were from BT and said I needed to log on to y account so they could verify who they were as they were trying to sort out my account as it had been hacked ?. not a Chance I said asked them for there contact number so I could call them back so I could confirm who they were... they out the phone down on me.

this is a trojan scam they put a trojan on pc or laptop saying windows security as locked your pc please call windows technical support when you do they ask you download quick access all this will be free. next minute you need a CCNA tool £149.00 can't fix it with out it.

Scam trying to say they from Amazon and your account either needs to be cancelled or they will let it run for another £79.99 Then they ask you to open App Store on your phone PLEASE DONT they can get into your phone if you do and get access to your information IE bank details etc.
