My experience is that the call was from scammers trying to get you to install malware on your pc. They obviously have some information on account holders/numbers to call as they were pretending to be Talk Talk technical support, but they are not..

Calls often from this and very similar numbers. On the occasion when I did answer all you heard was background office noise so I hung up. Have now blocked the number.
SCAM This is a number that calls impersonating HMRC. A recorded message may be played mentioning the name Dennis Grey and asking to be called back.

Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 19255634xx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with accident claims, insurance marketing. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). People did they call you with the same or something new?
