Do not give them your DOB or any other details, apparently it may be a scammer watch out. This number rang me several times a day. I took the advice of the commenter and rang them back. To my amazement I spoke with a nice sounding person and I asked that they remove my number. Let s hope it works.
Having received several calls on my works phone no. I finally decided to answer one. Sarah from ??? Pension Helpline (didn t catch the actual name), wanting to tell me about the pension freedom changes that came into force from April 2015. She soon lost interest when I told her that I d been in my current employer s pension scheme for 36+ years & I didn t have any other pension funds I could access. I m guessing she was wanting to help free up any pension pots for an extortionate fee!!
