Can you call me on my new number 07564646779" which is this number and I did check the number that sent me a text, apparently the website said it is landline. Im confused.

The company is known as go4ukloans , they call you to tell you that you have been approved for loan that does not exist as they are not loan company but bunch of people who scam people to take money of them. No voicemail message left - presumably a scam. This may be unfair, but if you phone from a mobile and neglect to leave a voicemail it will be assumed that you are selling/scamming. Nobody answers unknown numbers these days.
