Called me to try get my business on top pages of google for certain searches... 17 mins later he got off the phone after politly saying no thanks for a number of times! Talks a lot, and if you call back, call on a witheld number as they can see your number when you call then back to see who it was/ how you can help etc!!

I ve received 3 calls from these idiots - two I failed to answer but after reading posts on sites like this decided, for my own amusement, to answer on the third call. these people rang me 4 times and on 4th, I told them not to call again and remove my number but they hung up . 45 minutes later they rang a 5th time, so I used language they may more understand. Do not answer !!!!!

Tried on two occasions to get a better deal at the end of my 24 month contract, not offered anything worth staying for especially after being a customer for 10 + years. I requested PAC via online chat as others did commenting here. Very painful experience, given the hard sell from retention team and then made very awkward to extract PAC number from them. First they rang home number. We have call screening so not a problem. As soon as called rejected they called my mobile number. Both phones are registered with TPS so shouldn t happen
