This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as robocalls, fake wins, scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre. As above an Indian chap who said that his name was Jasper, we sometimes get called 20 times a day, he says that he is from Microsoft calling as they have noticed some issues with my operating system. I let him go on for a while, he wanted me to sign in and let him take control of my pc, I then said that I was a licensed Microsoft engineer and the line went dead immediately.
