(Boiler replacement scheme) Followed instructions to speak to someone there to ask them to remove my name from their list, as I am registered with the Telephone Preference scheme. Guy there refused to do it. I asked him for the name of the company and he said it was "Green Shield". I asked to speak to a supervisor there but he would not let me. I asked him his name. I don t have any credit cards. It was offering help paying off credit card debt of over 5000 pounds. It was quiet when I first answered then an automated message. No option to remove my number from the dialling list. Added it to my auto reject list instead.

Several times a day. Answered once and could hear noises in background but no-one spoke: now don t answer but check number afterwards. Harassing to say the least.

Asking if I'd been in a traffic accident in the last few years, so I hung up !!

I had a minor motor incident and claimed on the other driver s policy 2 years ago. These ****s call me EVERY day, sometimes twice a day, despite me telling them not tonand asking to have my no. removed from their database. They know Ive made some kind of claim. Her insurer MUST have sold my no. illegally (data protection). Sadly i didnt keep the insurer s details.

The caller gave this number saying they were from Google about my entry on google maps and that they were going to help me fix the problem I had to get customers to find me. There s nothing wrong with my entry. So I played along and when asked for my name said it was George Bush. Apparently I should get a call back later today as I said I was too busy. Beware, this is just usual scam.
