Annoying harassment call

Very aggressive and rude. They will say that they are calling regarding "Your car accident" for which they have no details. They will call everyone including people who never had a car. When I asked them to spell their company name, they but when I also asked to give me their company registration number, they told me to "F... off" and put the phone down. I received a call from this number, when I answered they hung up, however the call seemed to continue. I think this is some sort of scam.

Caller claimed to be from Talktalk legal dept in London, despite being Birmingham number. Said they needed to connect me to their server to investigate illegal access from abroad. Tried to talk me through downloading Teamviewer and give him the ID and password! Rang off when I said I would report to police.
