As other victims have reported sometimes they put the phone down when you answer, sometimes they ask for you by name and when you answer put the phone down. Why???? what is the point? Finally once when I called them back I got to speak to a supervisor called Stuart who has promised to stop the calls - we ll see......

Claimed my computer was creating security alerts every time I logged on but she cut the call as soon as I asked what my IP address was. Clearly fraudulent
