SCAM Some random guy called saying he was from the Covid vaccination line, he addressed me by my first and surname then asked if i had been vaccinated. All i said was "well if you're calling from the vaccination team you should know if i have been vaccinated or not" so he hung up!
"PLAN B" Telesales - I assume for Mobile plans seemed to know I was with Vodafone - so access to some data kept talking about want to talk to account holder. asked account holder for what ... and they would not say But vodafone run Broadband and other services... They Dropped the line

The number = 01709889223, this number phoned me today (at 13:08 on 1st March 2022) and the caller stated they were from BT OUTBOUND ringing about my telephone. They were indian, male and middle aged, they identified themselves as John Martin. I am ex-directory and my phone is registered with the telephone preference service to block sales calls and unwanted calls. I checked online and the number was listed as Indian and Rotherham based. There seems to be no neg on this number but it’s been looked up 10x It rang for the obligatory seconds associated with loop numbers when hopefully the caller wants me to pick up As I am not expecting any landline from London number I didn’t answer as I’m a bit suspicious I am more and more vigilant If it was genuine they will call back or better still email Stay safe out there!
Like other reviews I received text message at 4.28am (very strange), supposedly from Apple stating: "We've noticed a transaction that seems unusual , therefore we've had to place a hold on your wallet features. Kindly visit EnableYourIDUser.com to see more information on how to continue using your apple wallet." Apple would not be contacting me in the middle of the night (UK time) and certainly not on a UK mobile number. Just delete it straight away. Does not surprise me at all this is Russian l

Diese Tel.-Nr. hat in Whats-App, als mein Sohn, um Kontakt gebeten. Nach der Kontaktaufnahme in Whats-App schrieb die Person, dass er jetzt eine neue Telefonnummer hat, aber nicht mit mir sprechen kann. Weil es noch Probleme mit der alten SIM-Karte gibt und diese nicht vom neuen Handy gelesen werden kann. Die Person, angeblich mein Sohn, bittet um eine Geldüberweisung, weil er eine Zahlung verpasst hat. Das Geld (1989,09 ohne Währung) sollte ich am nächsten Tag zurückbekommen. Ein Fake!!!
