This is Talk Talk number. They keep calling my house I would suspect in relation to a mobile contract I have recently cancelled as I didn t even ask for it! I dialled to see who it was so can confirm its Talk Talk. I don t answer if I am home and they never leave a message if I m not.

Do not give them your DOB or any other details, apparently it may be a scammer watch out. This is a scam. Number repeatedly calls, leaving broken voicemail message, starting: "...county courthouse" and inviting you to call back. On returning the call the individual answering identified themselves as HMRC and proceeded to ask for personal details. When I said I wasn't prepared to give any personal details over the phone, they told me to "get lost" and hung up. Be wary out there folks!
