Spoke to "Dave" and to "John" who had so strong Indian accents, I think, and the background chatter in what was obviously a call centre that it was very hard to understand them. Both assured me that they were not selling anything but asked lots of personal questions. Couldn t answer any of my questions other than they got my name and address from UK publically available database.

Looks authentic till you click onto details for redelivery then yourtransfered to a phishing site . Hermes would usualktleaveyou a calling card to say they had missed you .

Scam caller, called me from different numbers every day for about two weeks. All new numbers that aint yet on sites like this. They are called lifestyle living or something like that. They said they were HMRC and as they already had my detail and even pronounced my name right which surveys calls never do, I said send me the firm. Still not arrived.
