Automated message asking me to press option 2 to receive a call back to win either £1000 or a "top of the range iPad" or option 9 to opt out. Checked the number immediately and the call cut off with no input from myself. Number not flagged elsewhere on the internet.
Just had a call from this number stating I am being investigated for ‘tax fraud’ and to press 1 (to possibly drain the life out of my contract bill) obviously a scam and the voice was automated sounded like a robot.

He knew some of my information, somewhat insistent for me to give my card details saying its the way to reduce my policy rate. I thought for a moment and said I will not give my card details over the phone so he said he would not reduce my rate. he was so pushy and abrupt it aroused my suspicions so I said could not find my card and had visitors.
