TAXES / HMRC Threatening automated call supposedly from HMRC, “you are under investigation for tax fraud. Press 1 to connect to the person in charge of your case. If you do not press 1, a warrant for your immediate arrest will be issued. HMRC website confirms this is a common scam

Caller said there was a problem with the computer and that we should log in and they would help. I Questioned him about his phone number and address where he was located and he started shouting that I should end call or log into computer. Asked to speak to his supervisor and he said the same and that he would phone back later. I did not trust this call.

cold call about an accident, turned aggressive when being challenged about cold calling.
Fraud , indian female , claiming she was from virgin media, asking if i was aware my broadband would be cut off in a couple of hours as there had been a lot of illegal activity from my account. she hung up after i pushed her to give me information about my account. i am not sure whether it was passwords or payments she was after but she got nada from me and hung up.
