An offer is made to check and replace the loft insulation, to then be charged for work that is simply not required.

Survey. When I asked what it was regarding he said to see how people were coping with the recession. The questions were related to finance, occupancy of home, insurance, driving habits, employment status so it sort of went with the territory. Wouldn t give a company name though, hence the low score.
27th July 2018 caller claiming that the HMRC had launched a court action against me, but did not know either my name or address.

As of writing, 3 different numbers tried to call me today (020 8956 2943, 020 8956 2230 and 020 8956 2601). They all start with 020, I don’t know anyone who owns those numbers, maybe the same individual is using different numbers to call me. Likely a fraud and now it’s harassing.
Fraud SPAM We’ve been speaking to BT about this and they confirmed the call was indeed a scam. A spokesperson from BT told us, “We’ll never call a customer to tell them their router or IP address has been compromised or ask for any personal information, including bank details unexpectedly and we’ll never call from an ‘unknown’ number.
Rang 4 times not time to answer. nHave lots of dodgy calls so not called back. Am told could be linked to a premium rate number.

I am posting my comments on the company who own this number, not because they have been calling me but because they sent me a brochure for 30 days free trial on holidays. The enclosed letter stated that if I did not cancel within the 30 days ?99.99 would be debited from my account for the annual membership. When I was originally called regarding this I as told that they were sending this out to me and that if I didnt want it I could "put it in the bin".
