Company called me today claiming to have been sent my details by landlord for a new account registration in respect of electricity supply. I pay my electric through the land...

This number is on a list of "available" SIM numbers on a Vietnamese web site. It would appear to be very suspicious and best avoided.

Have had a missed call on the above number not a number that I recognise or registered in my phone. No voice message left.

The caller had old personal details for me (more than a year old), and was trying to find out if I d been missold insurance with a loan or credit card in the past. They have called several times.
