SPAM A similar number called me earlier twice today (07834 247675). This number has just called me (07834 241177) using a recorded message, claiming to be from the Department of Work and Pensions, to say that my National Insurance Contributions have been suspended.
I keep being hassled by this number, when I answer no one seems to be on the other end. have rung back to find out who it is but dont get any answer. Just block them.

This is for a financial claim and I asked to be removed from there system and was apologised to and received a call from a the manager who further apologised for the call and assured me that I will not receive any further calls, he then went onto give me some advice against an issue I have currently which he really did not need to do, very polite chap and having looked up the Company details they are legit and dealing with a few areas for financial claims, this is not a scam and the guys are very polite.

Scam number trying to get details from people after sending a fraudulent PayPal money request. They get your phone number at least which they can connect to the phone number you call them on and your name which enables them to clone your identity.

Its a trigger call for a malware scam. If you have the malware on your mobile overnight your phone will dial a premium rate number for up to 12 hours !!

They managed to get my name, address and accident details and sent me an email which they wanted me to open and click on the attachment to provide authority for them to send out documents for me to claim compensation. This number 07053523025 is a scam number that charges ridiculous amounts while they keep you on hold for a manager. A 40 minute wait for a manager will cost you at least 35 pounds.....Outright scam. Avoid completely.
