Weird call about investments, asking for an name I don t recognise. Advised them they must have the wrong number. Caller asked if this was a business line, when told no, ended the call.

Clean Green - claim there is an energy survey going on in my road (named it and knew my house number and my name) - I said there is nothing going on in my road. Claimed it was about a change in building regulation sand checking heat loss. I said that is absolute rubbish - she claimed it was not. I suggested she gets a proper job and hung up.

Silent call

Asked to speak to "One of the directors" I said I can t transfer calls to directors, and they abrubtly hung up.

Several calls from 01434 276750, all resulting in silence then the connection broken

Got missed call from this number didn't answer, says phone is in south africa so I doubt its legit.

this number has called me twice today in quick succession I did not answere or call back as I believe it's a scam number!

MISSED CALL: I didn't get to the phone in time to answer, but the call was from an unknown number in Manchester, so it was probably another scam call.

has repeatedly rung me trying to make me pay for an advert in his crime prevention magazine that he says I agreed to but I know I didnt. Last phone call was today he became aggressive and nasty, resorting to bullying tactics. Hope I ve heard the last of him but I doubt it somehow. Called and asked how long current phone contract was going. As it was fresh. Couldnt help . So apologised and went.

I just called the number back on a withheld number and they answered "Hello, Debt Settlers, how can I help you?"

After all the complaints, it beggars belief that these scammers are still using the same phone number and not been arrested. We are a computer repair business and have 2 telephone lines. Got a call on line 1 from the scammer (Asian male) who announce that my computer had problems!!! He was told in no uncertain terms to do something rather harmful to himself. Automated message talking about H&M and that I would be arrested if I didn t press 1 and talk with someone. SCAM obviously.

Rang my mobile briefly and then stopped. No message left. Probably trying to get me to call them back. I ve had a lot of this type of call lately and they re always from telemarketers or accident claims hawkers, so draw your own conclusions about this one.
