SCAM Persistent automated calls claiming to be from 'your internet provider' (immediately an obvious scam as your own internet provider would identify themselves!) then threatens disconnection due to illegal activity on the account. Presume will then attempt to extort money, but don't listen to call beyond the first bit.
They called twice in the past week, so I called back curious to see what company it was. All they said was it was consumer care line. The first woman hung up on me when I asked what the company was. The second was a guy who after me asking a few times went into the speech about PPI and other loans and stuff and then when I said I ve never had any of that he ended the call. He knew my first name though which was a bit confusing.

I was called today at 2.46pm by this number. Nobody spoke to me at first but I could hear an asian(?) conversation in the background.I should have hung up but didn t.i said hello and a male said go f*** yourself you f*****g b****[email protected] . Shocked, I said I beg your pardon and he repeated it!! I then heard someone say hang up, I did, but not before I fired off a few choice phrases of my own. I was surprised to see that apparently the call originated in Wolverhampton!!!

The people on the other end of this phone have confirmed by letter they are delivering me a phone on 23rd August 2012 and that my current phone will be switched off on 26th. Woman claims to be calling from E for Energy and says they are working for Zanussi Electrical. This seems to be untrue. The woman is trying to sell me a new boiler through a government scheme. The woman has rung me repeatedly 8 times today. Do not trust this company and report them to Zanussi.
