Often recieve calls claiming to be from Royal Sun Alliance. RSA are MOTABILITY insurer and we are being targetted for a very minor incident while our MOTABILITY car was stationary/parked/empty off road!Unwelcome, uninvited, disconcerting as related calls can be aggressive. Problems with internet service. Will be cut off 24/48 hours. No problem with my service.

Similar to others. I received an unsolicited and illegal call asked if I was having nuisance calls. I asked, "Apart from this one?". He did not understand, and repeated his query. I gave same response. He still did not understand and asked again. I repeated my response. There was a long pause as his brain cell woke up and then he hung up. Trouble is, BT want you to pay to stop calls like this, when someone should be taking them to task, especially as we have the evidence.
