just recieved an SMS message supposedly from Paypal about unauthorised access, contact a web address, the tel number given is +447515592139. Paypal confirm it is NOT from them, ...

This company continually ring a home number stating it is a non urgent call and to ring them back.

Rings twice and hangs up. Or hangs up when you answer. Annoying. Been calling me for a week.

I also missed this call on my mobile. I called back from a landline to be told the number is not in service. Strange. I have now blocked it for future use.

The man on the other end of the line had a rather heavy accent, saying that this was in reference to the call I had with his colleague the past week about an unsecured loan.
